During Sptember 10th-11th the SEADEEP Horizon Europe research and innovation project was officially launched in the beautiful city of Copenhagen, Denmark. Partners of all work packages gathered for 2 days to discuss and plan the work of the next steps. The meeting was organized by the coordinator of the project IVL (Swedish Environmental Research Institute).
SEADEEP aims to advance towards a blue bioeconomy by exploring innovative solutions (digitalisation and energy-efficiency tools) for the sustainable use of marine resources, with focus on small-scale fisheries, algae farming and aquaculture in recirculating systems (RAS).
